William Hess, 1109 Greenleaf avenue, Wilmette, is in danger of losing the sight of his right eye as a result of accidentally getting the end of a whip poked into it while out riding with William Foley, 708 Main street, Evanston, Saturday evening. The whip broke Hess' glasses and his eye was cut.
