- The Illinois Federation of Women's Clubs will meet in Evanston November 11 to Nov. 14th. 700 delegates are expected to attend. The new club house of the Woman's Club of Evanston will be headquarters for the meetings. List of members of the Tenth District Federation include locally Mrs. E. W. Burrill, Mrs. Calvin S.
