Frank was my maternal grandfather. An accomplished baker, he'd always bring tasty treats when he'd visit us in Kenosha. I have fond memories of those visits, especially in the summer, when we'd escape to the cool basement to watch Cubs baseball on WGN, although I'd often have to wake him up about the 7th inning to catch game's end!
