- Donald L. Johnson of Northfield died Dec. 28 at Rush North Shore Medical Center. He was 71. He was married to Mary Jane Johnson. He is survived by his wife; his son, Ronald G. Johnson; his daughter, Jane M. Lang; his granddaughter, Jennifer Lang, and four sisters.
