- Miss Myrtle L. Rugen, 66, lived at 908 Cedar Ln., Northbrook. She died Saturday in Loyola Hospital. Her father, the late August H. Rugen, was one of Glenview's original settlers. She is survived by brothers Raymond C., vice president of the Glenview State Bank; Howard of Northbrook; Erwin of Melrose Park; Norman of Villa Park; and Vernon of Cedar Falls, Ia.
