- Mrs. Mary M. Barenbrugge, 87, a 66-year resident of Winnetka, died July 25 in her home at 899 Willow Rd. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery of the Divine Word Seminary, Techny. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Josephine Balmes of Winnetka; two sons, John of Glencoe and Ralph of Northfield; two brothers, Bernard Hens of Wilmette and Hubert Hens of Evanston; and a sister, Mrs. Anna Halverson of Chicago; five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
