- Ralph Gage Norton, 74 of Middlebury, Vt., died Oct. 7. Burial in nearby Vergennes. Norton is survived by his widow, Rika; two sons, Robert of Middlebury and Ralph G. Jr. of Winchester, Mass; a daughter, Mrs. James Van Dyk of Montclair, N.J. a brother, Spender of Vergennes; and seven grandchildren.
