- Mrs. Elsie S. Friedman, 92, died November 24 at her home in Glencoe. Born in New York City. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Madge Alschuler of Chicago and Laura F. Rosen of Washington, D.C.; three grandchildren; and two sisters and a brother, Mrs Alice S. Blun, Mrs. Claire S. Wiener, and Arthur Sidenberg, all from New York City.
