The U.S. House of Representatives passed a sweeping health care bill Sunday night with a 219-212 vote. The votes split along party lines. Comments by U.S. Rep. Mark Kirk, R-10th U.S. Rep. Dan Lipinski, D-3rd, was the only Illinois Democrat to vote no.
