- The Kenilworth Village Board amended the village code to allow Kenilworth police officers to cite non-moving traffic offenses as "compliance" violations of village ordinances, instead of state statutes. The tickets with a fine of $40 may be paid at the Kenilworth Police Station or on the village Web site.
