- Issac F. Foster Jr., formerly a Glencoe resident, died of smoke inhalation July 15 in a fire in his Chicago apartment. He was 37. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Isaac F. Foster, 373 Jefferson Av., Glencoe; three children, Dewayne, 15, Cynthia, 14, and Isaac III, 12, all of Evanston; and three sisters, Gloria of Highland Park, and Darlene and Diane of Glencoe. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Lawns, Northbrook.
