Arthur Russell, alleged proprietor of a "moonshine" establishment on Main street west of Evanston, was fined $200 and costs by Justice of the Peace F. B. Crossley, Wednesday morning, in the Wilmette police court. Sergeant Brautigam of the Wilmette police, raided Russell's establishment.
