Ernest Mersch, 1133 Warren Avenue, who was arrested a few weeks ago after an assault upon Fred Gludy, a florist's helper, when it was feared Gludy would die from blood poison which developed from wounds inflicted by the former, was discharged by Police Magistrate Boyer Saturday evening. The evidence in the case showed that the fight was the result of a drunken brawl and that Gludy was as much to blame as his assailant.
