Next Week Set for Dedication of Natatorium

Dedication of New Trier High School's natatorium, set for Friday and Saturday of next week, was announced yesterday by Matthew Page Gaffney, superintendent. The dedication will be accompanied by a program being arranged by Edgar B. Jackson, swimming coach for the past 20 years. Wally Colbath and his swimmers and divers from A Century of Progress will perform and an an aquatic ballet group from the Shawnee Country Club under direction of George Eckert will also participate. Swimmers include Mr. Eckert's two daughters, Claudia and Mary and Polly Krafefter and Jean Sollit. A.R. Peterson of Kenilworth, president of the board of education, will deliver an address. Henry Holquist of Oak Park, state high school diving champion, will perform. D. Meville Carr, of the American Red Cross will demonstrate a canoe. A reception committee includes Mrs. Elizabeth Farwell of Winnetka, John Ballman and Herbert B. Mulford of Wilmette, and Otto R. Barnett of Glencoe.
