- Frank Crowe, 60, an assistant state's attorney, died Jan. 31 in Evanston Hospital. A resident of Wilmette, he lived at 701 Ridge Rd. He is survived by his widow, Jane; and two children, Brian and Mary Jane. Burial in All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
