- Howl-o-Ween Pet Parade will be held Saturday afternoon, Oct. 24, at Chalet Garden Center, 3132 Lake St., Wilmette. Dogs in costume and family members are invited to the event. Proceeds to benefit Heartland Animal Shelter in Northbrook and Save-a-Pet Adoption Center in Grayslake.
