- The developer of the former Ford dealership site has returned to the Wilmette Zoning Board of Appeals with a simpler plan. Mitchell Miller, of Wilmette Village Center LLC, submitted an application Tuesday to build a CVS pharmacy at 611 Green Bay Road. The proposal will be viewed by the village staff and then the Zoning Board of Appeals.
