Notice is hereby given that on Monday, October 5, 2009 at 7:30 p.m., the Appearance Review Commission of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Second Floor Training Room, Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Ave., Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

The petitioner requests an Appearance Review Certificate to permit the construction of an addition to the northwest of the existing warehouse building. The petitioner's property is legally described as: Lot 1 in Mick Subdivision of: Parcel 1: All that part (except the North 20 acres thereof) of the East half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 42 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying West of a line parallel with and distant 50 feet West from the center line between two main tracks of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company, as said main tracks were located on October 25, 1926, over and across said Section 30 (except that part thereof dedicated for Lake Avenue, by plat recorded December 28, 1965, as document 19695416) in Cook County, Illinois.
