- Tim Lenon has opened a new restaurant, Fuel, 1222 Washington Court, across from the Metra station parking lot in Wilmette. The restaurant specializes in healthy breakfasts and snacks and features cooking classes for children. Comments by parent, Mark Pellegrino, whose son Quinn, 6, has attended the classes. Fuel's cooking classes are now among the Wilmette Park District activities. Teacher is Meghan Scarsella who was trained at Kendall College culinary school
