- A Wilmette girl, now 19, testified at the sentencing hearing of Brian W. Burns, 31, who was convicted of receiving and distributing child pornography. He was also charged in 2006 with sexual abuse of the girl, then age 12, he met while working as her camp counselor for the Wilmette Park District.
