- A former Wilmette resident William E. McAdams, 56, of 485 Landreth Ln., Northbrook, died Friday in Evanston Hospital. Survivors include his widow, Mary; two sons, William E. Jr. of Thousand Oaks, Cal. and Peter L. of Los Angeles; a daughter, Miss Marilyn McAdams of Sherman Oaks, Cal.; a brother, Charles of Ft. Pierce, Fla.; and a sister, Mrs. Sylvia Richardson of Penscola; and a granddaughter. Services were conducted Tuesday in St. Philip the Apostle Church by the Rev. Thomas L. Brown. Burial was in All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
