- Mitchell Miller of Wilmette Village Center LLC has presented a proposal to build a three-story office buildig with a CVS drugstore on the ground floor at 611 Green Bay Road, site of the former WilShore Ford dealership. Miller delayed the vote of the village board when it seemed a majority of village trustees were ready to vote against the project May 26. He wants to lay out additional parking options to encourage a favorable vote.
