- Mrs. Willard E. Ingram of Evanston passed away Friday, June 29, after an illness of several months. Born in Chicago, her father Lyman Everett Howard was a pioneer hotel keeper, operating the Transit House before the Chicago fire. She is survived by her husband, Willard E. Ingram, a daughter, Virginia Ingram of 2127 Ridge avenue, Evanston; one son, Alan Ingram and a granddaughter, Rebecca Ingram of Winnetka; a sister, Mrs. G. W. Oliver of Chicago, and a brother William Howard of South America.
