- The faculty of the New Trier Township High School at Kenilworth gave a dinner to the members of the board and their wives on Wednesday evening, January 14. Miss Olive Grover, acting assistant principal, was in charge of the affair, and Miss Esther Bedker, head of the domestic science department, planned the menu. The dinner was prepared by the school caterer, Miss Johnson, and served in the school mess hall around an open fire. Mr. Willilam D. McKenzie, president of the schoolboard, was toastmaster. Mis Ruth Leonard, the new physical instructor for girls, spoke as well as Mr. H. A. Stevens, chairman of the school dramatic committee, and Principal Henry E. Brown. Facetious toasts were given by Miss Mary Raymond of Evanston and Mr. Henry P. Williams of Glencoe.
