- Jane A. Mrazek of Geneva, Ill., died Nov. 12 in St. Francis Hospital, Evanston. She was 44. Mrs. Mrazek was born in Evanston. Mrs. Mrazek is survived by her husband, Clifford; two sons, Rudolph and Karl; and a daughter, Jane, all of Geneva; and three sisters, Stella Sobczyaski and Helen Miedzanowski of Evanston and Celia Tubilewicz of Skokie.
