- Village manager, Mike Earl announced Friday he plans to resign from the post by Nov. 21. Earl has served as village manager since July 2001 and was assistant manager for 10 years prior. The Village Board plans to name Village Attorney Tim Frenzer as acting manager at the Nov. 24 meeting and will begin a search process. Comments by Trustees Lali Watt and Mari Terman
