- Anne Marie Wagner, of Evanston, died September 17, 2008. Born June 18, 1924 in Boden, Sweden, she was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Greta Nelson; her husband, Frank; and her sister and brother-in-law, Elsa and Donald Carp. She is survived by her brother, Gustaf (Edith) Nelson of Glenview; nieces, Kathleen (Leo) Carp Marek of Naperville and Linda Carp Bennett of Australia; nephews, Donald (Lisa) Carp of Honolulu and Gregory (Mary) Nelson of Lake Zurich; eight great nieces and one great-nephew. Ann was a friend to many. She emigrated from Sweden as a toddler with her family.
