Description
- Full Text
Wilmette's new shoe store has just initiated a novel guessing contest which should tax the brins of Wilmette's champion guessers. esiring to get better acquainted with the people, a bowl filled with lumps of coal, of no uniform size, has been placed in the window and each person is permitted one guess as to the number of lumps. No purchase is necessary to register your guess and the one coming nearest will receive a pair of the highest priced shoes in the store. The idea is unique and costing nothing should bring in many guesses. December 24 is the day the count will be made.
