- Slavena Lutz of 1601 Greenwood Av. in Wilmette died June 23 at the Terrace Nursing Home in Waukegan. Mrs. Lutz, 84, was born in Czechoslovakia. She was the wife of the late Edward F.(sic) She is survived by a son, Edward L.; and three grandchildren, Barbara Grunsten of Chicago, Edward James Lutz of Rhode Island and Megan Lutz of Wilmette.
