- Corbin Hazelleaf, 89, of 1743 Harrison St. in Glenview died June 16 at Evanston Hospital. He was born in Galesburg, Ill. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Shirley L. Brown of Glenview, formerly of Wilmette, and Mrs. Marian (Charles) Cobb of Rockford; five grandchildren, one great grandchild; two brothers, Harvey of Long Beach, Cal., and Roy of Quincy, Ill.; and a sister, Mrs. Eba Kaufman of Kewanee.
