- The fourth annual Ladies' 9 Hole Scramble Golf Luncheon was held August 4 at Highland Park Country Club. The event was attended by 185 women and netted $60,000 for Feed the Dream. This is a charitable organization founded by Sandy Haggart of Glenview in 2004 to aid indigent children and women in rural Guatemala to meet their nutritional needs. 100% of all money raised goes directly to them.
