- Tom Litwicki of Regency Development LLC may present revised plans for the development of a mixed-use project at Ridge Road and Wilmette Avenue. Community Development Director John Adler said no new plans had been filed at this time. Preservationists fought the original plan because it would have led to the demolition of the historic Hoffman Brothers building. Tenant Joan Carlson, operator of the Heritage Trail Mall antique store in the building has a lease through January 2010.
