NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, September 2, 2008, at 7:00 P.M., the Plan Commission of the Village of Wilmette sitting as a Special Zoning Committee, will conduct a public hearing in the Second Floor Training Room of Wilmette Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois, when the matters listed below will be considered:
2008-SZC-04 Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance - Planned Unit Development (PUD) Ordinance Review
Review the PUD regulations in the Zoning Ordinance.
2008-SZC-05 Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance - Fence Exception Areas
Review the areas listed in the Zoning Ordinance that exceptions to the fence height and openness requirements are permitted and consider additional exception areas.
