- Jacob Jake Baker, 86,died Jan. 7 in his home at 538 Melrose Ave. Baker was born July 30, 1886 in a farm house on lakeside property owned by Kenilworth founder, Joseph Sears. Survivors include sons Russell and Marvin of Northbrook, a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Meier of Morton Grove, six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
