- Horace J. Jeffery, 79, of 2031 Beechwood in Wilmette died Nov. 26 at Evanston Hospital. Born in Laurium, Mich., he was a 36 year resident of the village. He is survived by his wife, Ruth M.; a daughter, Margaret Sethness of Kenilworth; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and two brothers, Harold T. of Wilmette and Walter J. of Towson Md.
