- A lawn party will be given Friday night at the home of Mrs. C. P. Van Schaak, 614 Linden Avenue, Wilmette. Music will be furnished by Miss Gertrude Taber who will play. Mrs. Alexander McCallum will sing and will be accompanied by Miss Mary Gates. Mrs. D. B. Maccauley will play violin accompanied by Miss Eloise Bedlan. The proceeds will go toward the Arden Shore camp fund. Arden Shore, formerly Gads Hill, provides two weeks' summer outings for needy people from Chicago.
The Wilmette committee is composed of Mrs. C. C. Mitchell, Mrs. C. P. Van Schaak, Mrs. T. M. Knox, Mrs. J. P. Gowing, Mrs. J. B. Greinier, Mrs. G. D. White, Mrs. E. P. Bartlette, Mrs. O. W. Schmidt, Mrs. Fred Harwood, Miss Hortense Gowing, Mrs. A. C. Eastman, Mrs. J. A. Cochran, Mrs. Hayes McKinney, Mrs. Lewis Springer, Mrs. W. D. Steele, Mrs. D. M. Gallie, and Mrs. S.
