- Building inspector John Waldron caused the arrest of three contractors in Evanston Thursday who were in violation of the ordinances in regard to buildings. Justice of the Peace [illegible] Harrison was acting as police magistrate in the absence of John F. Boyer [Beyer ?] P. A. Johnson, Frank Miller of Chicago and Oscar [illegible] mentioned.
