The threat of a future lawsuit posed by the parent of an Arlington Heights pitcher has prompted host Northwestern University to ban American Legion baseball from Wilmette and Evanston from playing their home games there for the rest of the summer. The suit alleges the site is unsafe because of the angle of the sun relating to the pitcher's mound. Comments by Wilmette general manager Don Wallace. Wilmete's home games will be shifted to Winnetka where New Trier High School plays its games
