The following Wilmette residents graduated from Boston University in Boston: Allison S. Lavey, bachelor of science degree in elementary education; Ryan F. Monaghan, bachelor of arts degree in history; Sanae Y. Elshourbagy, bachelor of arts degree in biology; Grace A. Devuono, bachelor of science degree in film and television, cum laude; and Nicholas P. Poulos, master of arts degree in geography.
The following two Wilmette residents and graduates of New Trier Township High School graduated from Colby College in Waterville, Maine: Caroline M. Brooks, daughter of Tony Brooks and Mary Baskin; and Kevin N. Shen , son of Weixing Shen and Fan Pan.
Katherine Rose Buesing, daughter of Debbie and Tom Buesing of Wilmette, received a bachelor of arts degree from Connecticut College in New London, Conn.
Emily Grace DeClue, daughter of Rosemary and Daniel DeClue of Kenilworth, received a bachelor of arts degree from Connecticut College in New London, Conn.
