- Notes
- Merchants at Plaza del Lago are poking fun at their plight of coping with construction on Sheridan Road by turning the plastic roadblocks into objects of pop art. The project is part of a campaign to draw shoppers into the plaza during the road construction. Comments by owner Laura Moss, and Gail Higgins of Vision Center. The Chamber of Commerce turned a barrel into a layer cake for the plaza's 80th birthday.
