- Infant Welfare Society of Evanston hosted its annual Hat Tea fundraising event May 4 at the Hotel Orrington in Evanston. Little girls accompanied by their mothers, grandmothers and aunt, came to enjoy a tea. The event raised more than $14,000 in support of child care services.
