F. E. Nellis, Jr. of Kenilworth was fined $10 and costs in the police court Friday morning for speeding. He was arrested by motorcycle policeman Larkin, who charged that Nellis was traveling at a rate of twenty-three miles an hour in Chiacgo avenue.
