- For the second year in a row, ComEd representatives will come to Glenview village hall in June to discuss power outages and plans to fix them. Small pockets of certain communities are more prone to outages than others. Survey results are available on the Web site of the Illinois Commerce Commission at www.icc.illinois.gov. ComEd is required to give the commission annual reports on reliability including a list of the top 1 percent worst performing circuits in each of its four service areas.
