- Frank L. Decker, 93, formerly of Wilmette, died May 25 at Woodstock Memorial Hospital, Woodstock. Born in Wood County, Ohio. Survivors include a son, Howard Decker of Wilmette, mayor here from 1961 to 1965; a daughter Lucretia Browne of Woodstock; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and two brothers, clyde Decker of Albion, Mich. and Harry Cromer of Fort Meyers, Fla.
