- The Wilmette Arts Guild has announced the winners of its annual student art show.
This year's scholarship recipient is Alexandra Barnard of Winnetka.
Following are the students art show awards:
Winners in the high school art category are: first place, $150 -- Anne Raccuglia; second place, $75 -- Shannon Joyce, Loyola Academy; third place, $50 -- James Zulkie, New Trier High School.
Winners in the recently created high school photography category are: first place, $150 -- Rachel Levy, New Trier High School; second place: $75 -- Margie Pratt, New Trier High School; and third place, $50 -- Jennifer LeFavre, New Trier High School.
The winners in the junior high school art category were: first place, $75 -- Kevin Bode, Wilmette Junior High School; second place, $50 -- Caroline Chen, Wilmette Junior High School; and third place, $25 -- Rose Al-Abosy, Wilmette Junior High School.
Winners in the junior high school photography category were: first place, $75 -- Sophie Lee, Wilmette Junior High School; second place, $50 -- Ian Galligar, Wilmette Junior High School; and third place, $25 -- Mike Gajos, Wilmette Junior High School - Date of Publication
