- Joan White Renier, 78, of Naples, Fla., formerly of Lake Forest and Winnetka, died in Naples on March 5.
Mrs. Renier was born in Chicago to Rufus E. and Caroline Merritt White. She married her high school sweetheart, Edmund R. Renier Jr. at St. Lukes Episcopal Church in Evanston.
Mrs. Renier was preceded in death by her husband, Edmund R. Renier; and sister, Beverly W. Hartleben.
She is survived by her daughters, Louise R. (George H.) Boothby, Laura R. (Richard P.) Radcliffe and Lisa R. Thomas; five grandchildren; her brother, Robert J. (Elizabeth) White; three nieces, and one nephew.
