- Walter D. Sethness, died at 86 in Deerfield Beach, Fla. on Feb. 24 after a prolonged illness. Born in Chicago in 1888. Sethness is survived by his wife Marguerite Harpell Sethness of Winnetka; two sons, C. Olin Sethness of Winnetka and W. H. Sethness of Kenilworth; two daughters, Helen Burke of Deerfield Beach and Marguerite Lazear of Evanston, 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
