Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

A request by Kevin and Kerrie Mudd for a 1,196.72 square foot (11.14%) total floor area variation and a 0.87' height variation to permit the retention of a new single family home on the property legally described as:
