- Edith Walker Lyon, 74, of Wilmette died June 29 at Evanston Hospital. Mrs. Lyon was the wife of the late James L. Lyon. She is survived by her two daughters, Mrs. Norman (Joann) Andreasen of Northbrook and Mrs. Troy K. (Barbara) Benson of Mundelein; her brother, William S. Walker of Pittsburgh; and eight grandchildren.
