NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at 7:00 P.M. the Plan Commission of the Village of Wilmette will conduct public hearings in the Second Floor Training Room of Wilmette Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois at which time the following matters will be considered:

A request by DS Development for tentative plat approval of a two-lot consolidation on the property legally described as:
Lots 10 and 11 in Block 3 in Dingee and McDaniel's Subdivision of Blocks 3, 6, 9, and 10 and the South ½ of Block 8, also Dingee and McDaniel's Subdivision of Lots 5 and 6 and Huse's Subdivision of Lot 4 of Block 5 of the Village of Wilmette in the West ½ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 34, Township 42 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
